Job Title: Recruitment Analyst

Job Summary

• As the Recruitment Analyst, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes for our clients across various industries.
• You will play a critical role in identifying top talent, building strong candidate pipelines, and supporting our clients’ hiring needs with efficiency and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs, job requirements, and company culture.
• Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates using various recruitment tools and channels.
• Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and fit.
• Support business development efforts by identifying potential recruitment opportunities and client leads.
• Maintain an organized candidate database and manage applicant tracking systems (ATS).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in recruitment, preferably in consulting.
• Strong sourcing skills using platforms like LinkedIn, Job Boards, ATS, and referrals.

Salary
 N250,000 – N300,000 / month.
