Job Title: Social Media Manager / Content Creator

About the Role

• We are seeking a creative and highly motivated Social Media Manager / Content Creator to join our team.
• You will be responsible for developing and executing engaging content strategies that align with our brand’s voice and drive online visibility, audience engagement, and customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, plan, and execute social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Create high-quality, original, and engaging photo, video, and written content tailored to each platform.
• Schedule and publish content consistently using social media management tools.
• Monitor, track, and report on performance metrics and user engagement.
• Stay updated on trends, hashtags, algorithms, and platform updates to keep content relevant and effective.
• Manage and grow online community by engaging with followers, responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with the design, marketing, and sales teams to align content with campaigns and promotions.
• Maintain a consistent brand aesthetic and tone of voice across all content.
• Run social media ads and boost posts as needed to reach target audiences.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree.
• 1 – 3 years of proven experience in social media management and content creation.
• Proficiency in tools like Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of platform-specific best practices.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Photography and videography skills (mobile or camera) are a plus.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• A proactive, creative, and self-motivated personality.
• Knowledge of basic social media analytics and insights.

Salary
N200,000 per month.
