About the Role

• We are seeking a creative, proactive, and highly organized Social Media Manager to manage and grow our online presence across multiple platforms.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating compelling content, engaging with followers, and driving brand awareness and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with the brand’s goals and target audience.
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (graphics, videos, captions, etc.) across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Monitor and manage daily activity on all social media accounts, including responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to ensure brand consistency in tone, voice, and visual identity.
• Track and analyze social media performance using insights and analytics tools to refine strategies and improve engagement.
• Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and emerging digital tools to keep the brand’s presence fresh and relevant.
• Plan and manage online campaigns, promotions, influencer collaborations, and giveaways.
• Grow and nurture the online community, helping convert followers into loyal customers or brand advocates.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
• Proven ability to create engaging content and grow social media followings.
• Proficiency in tools like Canva, CapCut, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, or similar.
• Strong written and visual communication skills.
• Excellent understanding of platform algorithms, analytics, and content optimization.
• Ability to multitask, work independently, and meet deadlines.
• Creative mindset and passion for digital trends, branding, and audience engagement.

Salary
N120,000 Monthly.
