Job Title: Sales Representative (Fashion Industry)

Job Summary

• We are seeking a stylish, energetic, and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our fashion retail team in Lagos.
• The ideal candidate will be passionate about fashion, skilled in customer engagement, and capable of driving sales while providing an excellent in-store experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist walk-in customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products based on style, size, and preferences.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of the brand’s clothing lines, trends, and new arrivals.
• Achieve or exceed sales targets and daily quotas.
• Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained (neatly arranged racks, mannequins, etc.).
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and returns efficiently.
• Process payments accurately and issue receipts.
• Keep track of inventory levels and notify the team of low-stock items.
• Assist in organizing in-store promotions, styling sessions, and seasonal displays.
• Build strong customer relationships and maintain a client database for repeat business.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess relevant qualifications.
• Proven experience in fashion retail or sales (1 – 2 years preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for fashion and good personal grooming/presentation.
• Basic math skills and familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and during promotional events.

Preferred Qualities:

• A friendly, outgoing personality.
• Confidence in styling and recommending fashion pieces.
• Goal-driven and enthusiastic about customer service.
• Team player with strong organizational skills.

Salary
N120,000 – N150,000 / Month.
