Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive
About the Role
- We are seeking a high-performing Sales & Marketing Executive to drive growth, scale revenue, and build performance-driven marketing funnels that convert.
- This role requires someone with sharp sales instincts, a strong grasp of customer journey optimization, and the ability to design and execute campaigns that deliver measurable results.
- You will be instrumental in generating quality leads, turning prospects into loyal customers, optimizing sales processes, and helping scale our brand’s reach and profitability through innovative and targeted sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Funnel Development & Lead Generation:
- Design, implement, and optimize sales funnels across digital and offline channels.
- Develop and execute strategies for lead acquisition, qualification, nurturing, and conversion.
- Collaborate with content, design, and digital teams to align funnel stages with messaging and audience targeting.
Sales Target Achievement:
- Own and drive weekly/monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
- Develop customer pipelines and convert high-potential leads to paying customers or clients.
- Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategy to consistently meet and exceed KPIs.
Process Structuring & Scalability:
- Map out and refine repeatable sales processes for customer acquisition, follow-ups, and retention.
- Identify bottlenecks and improve conversion rates across every stage of the customer journey.
- Create scalable sales playbooks and customer engagement frameworks.
Marketing Execution:
- Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social media, events, partnerships).
- Manage the integration of CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and sales dashboards.
- Conduct competitive analysis and consumer behavior studies to guide campaign direction.
Client & Stakeholder Relationship Management::
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and strategic partners.
- Represent the brand in meetings, pitches, industry events, and client presentations.
- Collect client feedback and collaborate with internal teams to enhance products/services.
Who We’re Looking For
- Candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc / Masters Degree
- Minimum 3–5 years of solid experience in sales and marketing roles
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and growing business pipelines
- Strong experience in building and managing sales funnels and automation tools
- Comfortable with data analytics, CRM systems, and sales metrics reporting
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and persuasion skills
- Detail-oriented and process-driven thinker
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and results-focused.
