Job Title: Relationship Counselor

Responsibilities

• Provide advice, strategy and issue resolution counsel to clients.
• Provide accurate information about our services to clients
• Sell company products and services to clients
• Resolve complaints of clients to ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain positive relationships with clients
• Ensure revenue targets and KPI are met
• Attend to inquiries and update

Requirements

• HND / BSc in Guidance and Counselling or related field
• 5+ years of proven experience in relationship counselling and management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Creativity, leadership, and attention to detail with good listening skills.
