About the job

• We are looking to hire the service of an architect with proven experience in the design, working drawings, and construction documentation of modern luxury residential homes and commercial buildings.

Responsibilities

• Prepare architectural concept designs, working drawings, and construction documentation for residential and commercial buildings.
• Handle projects from concept to construction, delivering architectural drawings, working drawings, and interior layouts while collaborating closely with clients, consultants, and site teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Design aesthetically compelling and functional interior spaces tailored to user needs.
• Supervise and coordinate on-site implementation of interior and architectural details to ensure design intent is met.
• Collaborate with project teams including engineers, consultants, and contractors throughout the design and construction phases.
• Develop and present 3D models, mood boards, and material palettes for both architectural and interior schemes.
• Review and select materials, finishes, fittings, and fixtures in line with project objectives.
• Ensure all designs comply with regulatory codes, health and safety standards, and accessibility guidelines.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve design or construction issues on-site in real time.
• Maintain project schedules and contribute to delivering projects on time and within budget.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture; certification or coursework in Interior Design is an added advantage.
• 3+ years post-NYSC experience working in architecture and interior design.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, and Adobe Creative Suite; knowledge of rendering tools like Enscape or V-Ray is a plus.
• Solid understanding of construction detailing, joinery, spatial planning, and interior finishes.
• Demonstrated experience in preparing construction drawings and supervising site implementation.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
• A compelling portfolio that reflects versatility in architectural and interior design projects.
