Job Title: Admin / Front Desk Officer
Role Overview
- Manage front-office operations, guest services, and administrative support to ensure a professional workplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet visitors, manage switchboard, and coordinate mail/courier.
- Schedule meetings, conference rooms, and travel.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and vendor relations.
- Assist with onboarding logistics and general clerical tasks.
- Uphold safety and security protocols at reception.
SMART KPIs
- Visitor Satisfaction: Achieve ≥95% positive feedback score quarterly.
- Mail Accuracy: Process 100% of mail and couriers within 1 business day.
- Supply Availability: Maintain zero stock-out events for office supplies annually.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or Bachelor’s in Business Administration or related.
- 5 years’ admin/front-desk experience, including 2 in manufacturing.
Skills & Competencies:
- Professional demeanor and customer service excellence.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
