Job Title: MRO Store Officer

Role Overview

• Administer end-to-end MRO store operations, supervising storekeepers across shifts to ensure parts availability and warehouse integrity.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee receiving, storage, issuance, and return of MRO parts.
• Supervise one storekeeper for night and weekend shifts.
• Maintain accurate store records and manage ERP transactions.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Coordinate urgent part requests and vendor deliveries.

SMART KPIs

• Store Accuracy: Maintain ≥99% accuracy in MRO store transactions.
• Availability: Achieve ≥95% first-time fulfillment rate for critical parts.
• Cycle Count Compliance: Conduct 100% scheduled counts with zero discrepancies.
• Shift Supervision: 0 safety or compliance incidents under supervision.

Qualifications & Experience

• OND or Bachelor’s Degree in relevant technical discipline.
• 3 years’ experience in technical store or warehouse operations in manufacturing.

Skills & Competencies:

• Team leadership and shift management.
• Proficient in ERP and warehouse control systems.
