Job Title: Junior Inventory Officer

Role Overview

• Administer end-to-end warehouse operations in the inventory section, supervising storekeepers and ensuring stock accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse activities, including receiving, picking, and issuing materials.
• Supervise storekeepers during day, night, and weekend shifts.
• Conduct periodic cycle counts and reconcile stock discrepancies.
• Update ERP records and maintain inventory logs.
• Coordinate with Procurement for timely replenishments.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor’s in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
• 2 years’ warehouse or inventory experience in manufacturing.

Skills & Competencies:

• Leadership and team supervision skills.
• Proficient in ERP and warehouse management processes.

SMART KPIs:

• Stock Accuracy: Maintain ≥99% accuracy in warehouse transactions.
• Replenishment Lead Time: Ensure ≥90% of replenishments meet target lead times.
• Cycle Count Compliance: Complete 100% scheduled cycle counts monthly.
• Shift Supervision: Achieve zero unapproved deviations per shift.
