Job Title: Quality Control Officer

Role Overview

• Ensure recycled metals meet customer and regulatory quality standards through rigorous testing and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute QC test plans per ISO9001 standards.
• Inspect raw materials and finished products; record and analyze data.
• Calibrate and maintain lab instruments; ensure traceability.
• Collaborate in root‑cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions.

SMART KPIs

• First Pass Yield: ≥98% per production batch.
• Customer Rejections: <1% defect rate in shipments.
• Calibration Compliance: 100% instruments calibrated on schedule.
• Corrective Actions: Resolve ≥90% of NCRs within 30 days.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Materials Science, Metallurgy, or related.
• 5 years’ QC experience, including 2 in manufacturing.

Skills & Competencies:

• Proficiency in SPC and quality management systems.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
