Job Title: MRO Officer
Role Overview
- Coordinate maintenance, repair, and operations activities to maximize equipment availability and reliability.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and track preventive and corrective maintenance via CMMS.
- Maintain spare parts inventory; set reorder points and min/max levels.
- Process work orders; liaise with external service providers.
- Monitor equipment uptime and MTBF; analyze failure data for improvements.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or Bachelor’s in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
- 5 years’ MRO experience in manufacturing or heavy industry.
Skills & Competencies:
- CMMS/SAP PM module proficiency.
- Strong coordination and problem‑solving skills.
SMART KPIs:
- Equipment Uptime: ≥98% overall equipment uptime.
- MTTR (Mean Time to Repair): Reduce MTTR by 15% within 12 months.
- Preventive Maintenance Compliance: 100% scheduled PMs completed on time.
- Spare Parts Availability: ≥95% first-time availability for critical spares.
