Job Description

• Plan and supervise building projects, ensure campus facilities align with development plans.

Requirements
Qualification:

• The Candidate must possess at least a First Degree in Town Planning with a minimum of Second Class Lower Division or H.N.D. in Town Planning with a minimum of Credit Division.
• However, a First Degree in Civil Engineering or a First Degree in Architecture with a minimum of Second Class Lower Division is acceptable.
• Having a Master’s Degree in the fields mentioned above will be an

Working Experience:

• Candidate must have worked for at least 5 years in a public or private organisation.

Remuneration

• Salary: CONTEDISS 10 
• Conditions of Service: All appointments are as applicable in the College Conditions and Schemes of Service and the Abia State Public Service.
