Job Description

• We’re looking for a passionate Digital Marketer / Content Creator to join our team and help build, manage, and grow our online presence.
• The ideal candidate is a creative storyteller with strong digital marketing skills, adept at producing captivating content across platforms and delivering results that drive brand awareness, engagement, and leads.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a content marketing strategy across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
• Create compelling visual and written content (graphics, short videos, stories, reels, blog posts, articles).
• Manage and maintain the content calendar.
• Monitor and respond to online comments, messages, and feedback to foster community engagement.
• Develop and implement paid advertising campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Analyze campaign and content performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
• Stay updated with digital marketing trends, best practices, and tools.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Design, Sales, PR) to align marketing efforts.
• Assist in the planning and execution of promotional events, webinars, or special campaigns.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree
• 1 – 3 years proven experience in digital marketing and content creation
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, content trends, and digital marketing metrics.
• Proficient with design tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
• Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for details.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and adapt quickly.
• Experience with analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.).
• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and digital advertising best practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary
N250,000 – N350,000 monthly.
