Job Title: Waitress

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers warmly with a smile and friendly attitude
• Present menus, explain dishes, and answer questions confidently
• Upsell drinks, sides, and sauces with knowledge and charm
• Ensure guests feel seen, heard, and appreciated
• Take accurate orders and confirm details clearly
• Input orders into POS system correctly and efficiently
• Communicate clearly with kitchen team to ensure smooth flow
• Follow up on any special requests or allergies
• Serve meals, drinks, and desserts promptly and attractively
• Ensure tables are always clean, wiped, and well-set
• Refill water and check in with guests regularly without being intrusive
• Clear plates and clean tables efficiently after meals
• Maintain cleanliness of your assigned section at all times
• Assist with restaurant setup and closing routines (e.g. wiping menus, resetting
• Ensure FOH areas (drinks bar, service counter, etc.) are tidy and stocked
• Work closely with other waiters, runners, and FOH leads to keep service smooth
• Report any issues (kitchen delays, customer complaints, accidents) immediately
• Support colleagues during rush hours—we succeed together
• Take responsibility for your assigned tables from start to finish
• Handle payments accurately (cash, transfer, POS)

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an SSCE / GCE / NECO qualification with 3-5 years work experience.
