Job Summary

• Are you a senior finance professional with deep expertise in gas commercialisation, LNG marketing, and project finance? Join our team to drive strategic financial decision-making across a dynamic portfolio of natural gas and LNG initiatives.

What You’ll Do

• Lead financial planning, modelling, and ROI analysis for gas infrastructure and LNG projects
• Structure and support capital raising efforts with banks, DFIs, and private equity partners
• Advise on LNG/gas sales contracts, pricing models, and market strategy
• Ensure compliance with Nigerian fiscal and energy regulations (NMDPRA, FIRS, GACN)
• Present financial insights and forecasts to leadership, investors, and external stakeholders

What You Bring

• 15+ years’ experience in oil & gas, with strong focus on gas commercialisation & project finance
• Proven track record in fund sourcing, LNG advisory, and financial modelling
• Deep knowledge of Nigeria’s gas value chain, pricing frameworks, and regulatory landscape
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills
• Professional certifications (CFA, ACA/FCA, ACCA/FCCA, MBA) strongly preferred
