Job Title: F & B Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Operational Management: This includes monitoring inventory, ordering supplies, maintaining cleanliness, and coordinating with other departments like the kitchen.
• Compliance: Ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures, is a crucial aspect of the role.
• Financial Management: Involved in cost accounting, analyzing financial reports, and managing cash flow.
• Menu Planning & Promotions: Assist with menu planning, promotional activities, and special events.
• Problem Solving: F&B Supervisors are responsible for identifying and resolving operational issues, and addressing any challenges that arise.
• Training and Development: They may be involved in training new staff, mentoring existing employees, and identifying areas for improvement.
• Supervising Staff: F&B Supervisors manage and train service staff, schedule shifts, and monitor performance to ensure optimal service.
• Customer Service: They handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and strive to ensure guest satisfaction.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an HND / OND / Bachelor’s Degree with relevant experience.
