Job Title: Housekeeping Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervising Staff: Assigning tasks, monitoring performance, providing guidance, and ensuring staff follow proper cleaning procedures.
• Maintaining Cleanliness: Inspecting rooms and common areas to ensure they meet established standards, addressing any issues promptly, and maintaining a high level of cleanliness.
• Inventory Management: Monitoring supplies, ordering new stock, and ensuring adequate supplies are available for staff.
• Training and Development: Training new housekeeping staff, providing refresher training, and addressing any performance issues.
• Guest Service: Responding to guest requests and complaints related to housekeeping, and ensuring a positive guest experience.
• Compliance: Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and implementing preventative maintenance procedures.
• Coordination: Coordinating with other departments such as maintenance, front desk, and laundry.
• Reporting: Providing progress reports to management and addressing any issues or concerns.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree / HND or OND qualification.
