Job Title: Housekeeper

Key Responsibilities

• Laundry: Assisting with laundry services, including sorting, washing, drying, and folding linens and towels.
• Waste Management: Emptying trash bins, disposing of waste, and ensuring proper recycling procedures are followed.
• Reporting: Identifying and reporting any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damages to the appropriate personnel.
• Guest Service: Responding to guest requests and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner.
• Inventory Management: Maintaining an organized inventory of cleaning supplies and restocking as needed.
• Teamwork: Collaborating with other housekeeping staff and other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Adhering to Standards: Following established hotel policies and procedures regarding cleanliness, safety, and security.
• Maintaining a Safe Environment: Ensuring all areas are safe and free of hazards, including reporting any safety concerns
• Cleaning: Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing guest rooms and common areas.
• Bed Making & Linen Change: Changing bed linens, replacing towels, and ensuring beds are neatly made.
• Restocking: Replenishing amenities like toiletries, coffee supplies, and other guest room necessities.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an HND, NCE, OND, SSCE / GCE / NECO with 1 – 3 years work experience.
