Reponsibilities

• Cleaning and Maintenance: This includes tasks like sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, trash disposal, and restocking supplies.
• Luggage and Delivery Assistance: Porters may handle luggage for guests in hotels, transport items within a building, or assist with deliveries.
• Customer Service: They often interact with guests or staff, providing information, directions, and assistance.
• Maintaining Facility Order: Porters ensure public areas are clean, safe, and organized, and may assist with event setup and breakdown.
• Minor Maintenance: They may be responsible for minor repairs or reporting maintenance issues.

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess an HND / OND / SSCE / GCE / NECO qualification with 1 – 3 years work experience.
