Job Title: Sales Manager

Summary

• The Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth by promoting the restaurant’s services, managing client relationships, securing group bookings and events, and identifying new business opportunities.
• The role involves strategic planning, active outreach, and collaboration with marketing and operations teams to increase footfall and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth.
• Identify and pursue B2B and B2C sales opportunities including corporate clients, events, catering, and group bookings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, including corporate offices, event planners, and travel partners.
• Coordinate with the restaurant team to ensure seamless execution of events, reservations, and VIP bookings.
• Maintain a database of key accounts and update CRM tools with sales activity and progress.
• Work closely with the marketing team on promotions, campaigns, and brand partnerships.
• Attend food expos, networking events, and hospitality meetups to represent the restaurant.
• Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
• Train and motivate staff on upselling techniques and customer engagement best practices.

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess relevant qualification with 4 years work experience.

Salary
N200,000 – N350,000 monthly.
