Job Title: Relationship Officer

Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Relationship Officer to join our dynamic team in Ikeja.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying financial needs, promoting the institution’s products and services, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with both existing and potential clients
• Promote and cross-sell the company’s financial products and services
• Achieve individual and team sales targets
• Conduct client needs analysis and recommend suitable financial solutions
• Provide timely and effective customer service, handling inquiries and resolving complaints
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities
• Prepare regular reports on relationship management performance.

Requirements

• Minimum of HND or B.Sc. in any relevant field
• 1–3 years of experience in customer service, sales, or relationship management within a financial institution (preferred)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Goal-oriented with a passion for delivering results
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems.
