Job Title: Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for property listings, client acquisition, and brand visibility.
• Lead digital campaigns including SEO, SEM, and email marketing.
• Coordinate offline marketing efforts such as activations, signage, direct marketing, and promotional events.
• Collaborate with the sales and business development team to generate qualified leads.
• Oversee content creation, media planning, and agency/vendor partnerships.
• Analyze and report on campaign performance and ROI metrics.

Requirements

• 4 – 5 years of proven experience in marketing within the real estate industry.
• A Degree in Marketing, or a related field is an added advantage.
• Strong expertise in both digital marketing and traditional media strategies.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• CRM platforms, etc.

Salary
N200,000 / Month (based on experience).
