Job Title: Line Chef (Dining)
Summary
- We are seeking an experienced Line Chef with fine dining expertise to prepare and cook dishes to the highest standards.
- You will work closely with our Head Chef to maintain our reputation for exceptional food quality, presentation, and consistency.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook dishes according to receipes, portion sizes, and presentation standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment
- Collaborate with the Head Chef and other kitchen staff to ensure seamless service
- Implement new recipes and menu ideas
- Manage inventory, minimize waste, and optimize kitchen resources
- Train and mentor junior staff members
Requirements
- Culinary Degree or equivalent certification
- 3+ years of fine dining experience as a Line Chef or equivalent
- Knowledge of international cuisines (e.g English, French, Italian, Asian, Mexican)
- Strong knife skills and knowledge of various cooking techniques
- Excellent presentation and plating skills
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain quality standards
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Familiarity and ability to adhere to kitchen safety protocols.
