About the Role

• As our General Manager, you will oversee daily operations, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure smooth workflow across departments.
• You will be responsible for driving company growth, managing staff effectively, and implementing processes that align with our luxury real estate standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the company.
• Lead, supervise, and support staff across all departments.
• Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability.
• Ensure company policies and procedures are followed.
• Work closely with the CEO to execute strategic goals.
• Monitor performance metrics and prepare regular reports.
• Maintain a high standard of client service and staff professionalism.
• Coordinate between remote and on-site teams for seamless operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a leadership/managerial role.
• Previous experience in the real estate, construction, or luxury service industry is an added advantage.
• Strong organizational and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office).
• A team player who can manage hybrid workflows.
