Job Title: Analyst – Testing and Process, Customer Relations and Experience
Mission
- Ensure proper design, implementation, and availability of technical support for user systems within assigned division / department.
Description
- Analyze customers’ information needs, business problems and business opportunities to determine efficient and effective testing technics.
- Worked with key stakeholders and subject matter experts to design, develop and automate new testing processes and drive process improvement on existing processes
- Collaborate with business users to define testing processes that meet business needs.
- Ensure testing is scalable and flexible to meet future business need.
- Work with business unit and IT team to define technic and modalities.
- Ensure the availability of all required testing materials.
- Develop and define IT requirements to support process and system changes.
- Plan and manage the development and maintenance of required testing tools.
- Analyze business requirements, system documentation, and standard work instructions to maintain Quality and precise testing.
- Participate in events relating to system upgrades and testing. Prepare and execute testing plans to ensure high quality results.
- Create detailed functional design documents for conversions, interfaces, and reports.
- Work with user departments to test roles and access rights to be created for all users in line with business requirements.
- Ensure proper testing of all user systems/products and provide detailed reports of activities and result.
- Develop comprehensive test plans outlining the scope, objectives, and methodologies for product/system testing.
- Conduct various testing methodologies, including functional, performance, security, and usability tests.
- Execute test cases and document results to identify defects or deviations from quality benchmarks.
- Implement and maintain automated testing procedures to streamline repetitive testing tasks and improve efficiency.
- Evaluate products from the end-user perspective, focusing on usability, accessibility, and overall user experience.
- Conduct regression testing to ensure new features or updates do not negatively impact existing functionalities.
- Maintain detailed records of test cases, procedures, and results for traceability and reference.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, engineering, and design, to understand requirements and collaborate on resolving identified issues.
Educational Qualification
- Candidates should possess a First Degree in any relevant discipline
- Fluent in English.
Experience:
- 3 – 7 years’ experience in an area of specialization; with experience working with others
- Experience working in a medium organization
- Experience in Customer Care and Management
- Experience in formal business analysis
