Job Title: Fleet Manager

Job Summary

• Ocean Lord Limited is currently seeking a proactive and experienced Fleet Manager to oversee and manage our fleet operations efficiently.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for vehicle maintenance, driver supervision, route planning, fuel management, and compliance with transport regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily fleet operations and logistics
• Supervise drivers and ensure adherence to schedules and safety standards
• Monitor vehicle servicing, repairs, and documentation
• Optimize routes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness
• Ensure compliance with company and regulatory transport policies

Requirements

• Minimum of 3–4 years proven experience in fleet management
• Strong knowledge of logistics, vehicle maintenance, and Nigerian road regulations
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Proficient in using fleet tracking and reporting tools
• Must reside within or around Amuwo Odofin.
