Job Title: Client Relationship Manager
Job Summary
- As a Client Relationship Manager at Walls and Gates, you will be the primary point of contact for our key clients, responsible for nurturing relationships, understanding their needs, and ensuring the successful delivery of our branding and advertising solutions.

Required Qualifications
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Client Relationship Manager with a proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships. The ideal candidate should possess:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in client relationship management, account management, or a similar role within the advertising or marketing industry.

Requirements:
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients.

- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and deliver tailored advertising solutions that meet client expectations.
- Conduct regular client meetings to review campaign performance, provide updates, and gather feedback.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services.
- Prepare and present reports on client activity, progress, and results.
- Resolve client issues and escalations in a timely and effective manner.
- Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address any concerns.
