Job Summary

• The Sales Manager will lead our sales team in Surulere, Lagos, driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence.
• This role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.
• The Sales Manager will also advise the company on sales strategies and build their own high-performing sales team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Deep understanding of the sales process and customer relationship management.
• Ability to analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Required Qualifications:
