What You’ll Do
- Develop and lead strategies to grow the HNW/UHNW client segment across multiple business lines.
- Drive asset growth, revenue expansion, and client retention across subsidiaries.
- Deliver tailored investment, estate planning, and wealth structuring solutions.
- Lead, coach, and empower a high-performing advisory team.
- Foster a culture of excellence, cross-selling, and enterprise collaboration.
- Ensure risk management, compliance, and governance standards are upheld.
What We’re Looking For
- 15+ years in financial services, with strong leadership experience in private wealth or relationship management.
- Proven success managing HNW/UHNW portfolios and growing AUM.
- Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and cross-functional leadership experience.
- Professional certifications such as CFA, CFP, or CISI are a strong advantage.
- Deep understanding of investment markets, estate planning, and client engagement.
