Job Title: Law Enforcement Agency Officer

About the Role

• We are hiring a Law Enforcement Agency (LEA) Officer to serve as the main liaison between our organization and external law enforcement and regulatory bodies (e.g., EFCC, NPF, DSS, CBN).
• The ideal candidate will ensure prompt and compliant handling of official requests, court orders, and investigations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage communications with law enforcement and regulatory agencies.
• Coordinate and respond to subpoenas, court orders, and agency visits.
• Handle account actions (e.g., freezes, reversals) as per legal directives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support investigations.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reports on LEA matters.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Criminology, or related field.
• 2–5 years’ experience in compliance, legal, or investigations within a fintech or financial institution.
• Strong understanding of Nigerian law enforcement and AML/CFT regulations.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Professional certifications (e.g., CFE, AML/CFT) are an added advantage.
