Job Title: State Manager
Job Summary
- We are seeking experienced State Managers to drive business operations and market growth across Nigeria.
- This role requires a dynamic leader with strong sales execution and operational skills—ideally with proven experience in the financial services sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee operations in your assigned state.
- Recruit, train, and manage field sales teams and support staff.
- Drive acquisition and activation of agents, merchants, and partners.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
- Develop and execute state-level strategies for market penetration.
- Monitor field performance and enforce accountability.
- Analyze market trends and provide feedback to headquarters.
- Represent companyat stakeholder and community engagement forums.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales, business development, or operations within the financial services sector (Fintech, Microfinance, Banking, or Agency Banking experience is highly preferred).
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding growth targets.
- Excellent knowledge of local market dynamics and customer behavior.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, reporting tools, and CRM platforms.
Salary
N400,000 – N800,000 / month.
