Job Title: Farm Sales Executive
Job Summary
- We’re seeking a proactive Farm Sales Executive to drive sales of our farm products, build new business relationships, and manage existing clients.
- The role combines both desk-based coordination and significant fieldwork to connect customers with high-quality farm produce.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Drive profitable sales of farm produce, meeting or exceeding set targets.
- Develop a customer portfolio through networking, marketing, and referrals.
- Use modern technology to support and enhance sales activities.
- Conduct client meetings to assess needs and recommend suitable products.
- Prepare and deliver engaging presentations on our products and services.
- Implement approved sales plans, field strategies, and programs.
- Attend industry conferences and trade expos to expand networks.
- Maintain accurate expense and activity records
Skills and Qualifications
- OND, HND, or B.Sc in a relevant field.
- Strong listening, communication, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Proven negotiation and deal-closing abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Quick thinking with effective problem-solving skills.
- Basic driving skills required.
- Prior sales or business development experience in the agro-allied industry is an added advantage.
Salary
N150,000 – N200,000 Monthly.
