Job Title: Business Developer

Job Description

• The Business Developer will be responsible for driving user adoption of our digital financial products (e-wallets, cards, etc.) and acquiring new customers within assigned regions.
• This role includes developing strategies to increase transaction volume and product utilization while maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a strong understanding of the company’s products and effectively communicate their benefits to customers.
• Research and identify new business opportunities, including new markets, customer segments, partnerships, and growth areas.
• Meet customers and clients face-to-face to promote products and services.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with both existing and new customers.
• Manage the sales process for new prospects, from initial contact to closure.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales and business targets.

Requirements

• NCE, ND, HND, or BSc in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
• Minimum of 1 – 2 years’ experience as a Business Development Executive (BDE) in merchant acquiring or direct sales in commercial banking. Entry-level candidates with strong potential are also welcome.
• Proven achievements in sales and business development, especially in driving adoption of financial products.
• Familiarity with Port Harcourt, Akure, Kaduna, and Lagos regions is a strong advantage.

• Salary: N70,000 Gross Monthly
• Commission: Up to N135,000 Gross Monthly
