Job Title: Project Manager

About the Role

• As a Project Manager, you’ll lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You’ll ensure safety compliance, manage client relationships, and drive continuous improvement across all phases of project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project execution with focus on timelines, budget, and quality.
• Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and schedules.
• Coordinate engineers, technicians, and contractors for seamless delivery.
• Ensure strict compliance with safety protocols and industry regulations.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
• Monitor project costs and financial performance.
• Collaborate with business development teams to explore new opportunities.
• Evaluate project outcomes and implement improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (minimum 2:1).
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, with proven success in project delivery.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (PMBOK, Agile, etc.).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Extensive experience in the oil and gas industry.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification.
• Experience with project management tools (MS Project, Asana, etc.).
