Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner

Summary

• Are you passionate about driving people strategy, supporting high-performing sales and operations teams, and building a strong, engaged workforce? We’re looking for an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our dynamic fintech team in Ikeja.
• As an HRBP, you’ll act as a strategic advisor to business leaders, champion employee engagement, and help us scale with effective people practices.
• If you have 3- 5 years of HR experience managing teams (especially in sales, operations, outsourcing, or manpower services) and love making an impact, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

• Partner with leaders to shape HR strategy
• Support sales and operations teams with employee relations, performance, and engagement
• Lead workforce planning and high-volume recruitment
• Drive talent development and succession planning
• Champion HR compliance and best practices.

What We’re Looking For

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree
• 3 – 5 years of HR experience (including 1–2 years as HRBP or HR Generalist)
• Strong experience supporting sales/operations teams
• Bonus if you’ve worked in outsourcing or manpower companies
• Solid understanding of Nigerian labor laws
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
