Job Title: Relationship Manager / Customer Care Representative

Job Summary

• We’re seeking a highly skilled, organised and proactive Relationship Manager/ Customer care representative to join our team.
• As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for the presentation, promotion and sales of the products/services to customers, using solid arguments to ensure that the organisation’s revenue goals are met.

Requirements

• Minimum of BSC or HND in any field.
• Minimum 3 years experience in a financial institution
• Excellent funds mobilization, loan processing and loan recovery skills
• Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
• Excellent business development and relationship management skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiating skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must reside in Ikoyi or its environs.

Salary
N250,000 Monthly plus up to N500,000 Monthly Performance Bonus.
