Job Title: Business Development and Partnership Lead
Responsibilities
- Source & Onboard: Identify and recruit verified short-let property hosts, food vendors, event organizers, and car rental providers to join the StayAssist platform.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate strong, long-term partnerships that enhance guest experience and local engagement.
- Pitch the Vision: Communicate the value of StayAssist to partners with clarity, warmth, and data-driven confidence.
- Launch Support: Guide new partners through onboarding, app integration, and listing optimization.
- Collaborate: Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Operations to ensure smooth partner experiences and impactful promotions.
- Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of trends in hospitality, mobility, and entertainment to refine strategy and unlock growth opportunities.
- Growth Metrics: Hit monthly targets for partner acquisition and activation across key verticals.
- Sales: Market the product to new clients and maintain relationships with returning clients.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree with 3 years work experience.
