Job Title: Salon Manager

Job Summary

• As the Salon manager, you will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining inventory, and driving business growth through excellent leadership and customer engagement strategies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all salon operations, including scheduling, customer service, inventory management, and staff supervision.
• Hire, train, and manage beauty professionals such as hairstylists, nail technicians, estheticians, and support staff.
• Monitor employee performance and conduct regular performance evaluations.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all clients and staff in compliance with health and safety standards.
• Handle customer complaints, feedback, and resolve issues professionally and promptly.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Cosmetology, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in salon, spa, beauty clinic, or wellness center management.
• Proven experience as a Salon Manager or in a similar role within the beauty industry.
• Knowledge of beauty treatments, products, and industry standards

Salary
N200,000 – N300,000 Monthly.
