Job Title: Process Artisan
Key Purpose
- The Key Purpose of this role is to be responsible for process optimization on the packaging line.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Maintaining, repairing and optimizing plant equipment and associated devices
- Operating and monitoring equipment when required
- Optimizing plant performance in terms of productivity, quality, delivery, cost and safety
- Maintaining a safe and healthy working environment
- Applying the Manufacturing Way Principles and Practices
- Applying problem solving processes
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum of HND or B.Sc in Electrical field.
- Minimum Advanced Certificate in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum of 2 years working experience in Manufacturing
Key Attributes and Competencies:
- Ability to communicate well
- Must be a team player
- Ability to adhere to instructions, work in shifts with minimum supervision and action oriented
- Sober mind, self-starter, physically fit and honest.
