Job Title: Business Development / Sales Executive
Job Overview
- A growing Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) firm is hiring a goal-driven Business Development / Sales Executive to lead international client acquisition.
- The ideal candidate should have experience working with U.S. or European clients and a solid understanding of the BPO/outsourcing space.
- This role involves managing the full sales cycle from generating and qualifying leads to closing deals and reporting performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and close B2B leads in the U.S. and Europe
- Conduct outbound sales via email, LinkedIn, and calls
- Manage and update sales pipeline records
- Present value propositions to decision-makers
- Track performance metrics and prepare sales reports
- Collaborate with internal teams for seamless client onboarding
- Stay informed on trends in outsourcing and remote talent
Requirements
- At least a bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development
- Proven experience working with U.S./European clients or firms
- Strong understanding of BPO, outsourcing, or remote talent services
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- CRM proficiency (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive)
- Able to work independently, meet sales targets, and report accurately
Bonus Qualifications:
- Experience in outsourcing or talent solution sales
- Background in tech, HR, or staffing
- Familiarity with international business etiquette.
Salary
N750,000 per month.
