Job Title: Chief Operating Project Superintendent (COPS)
Job Summary
- The Chief Operating Project Superintendent (COPS) is responsible for the overall planning, coordination, and execution of EPCI (Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Installation) projects, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in full compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
- The COPS oversees daily project operations, interfaces with internal and external stakeholders, and ensures seamless.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (master’s degree or PMP certification is an added advantage).
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the oil and gas sector, with at least 5 years in a senior supervisory or superintendent role.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and execution in EPCI environments.
- Thorough knowledge of local and international construction and safety standards.
- Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and contractors.
- Proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Excellent decision-making, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.
