Job Title: Storekeeper

Job Summary

• Scentric is seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Storekeeper to manage warehouse operations at our facility in Ikorodu.
• The ideal candidate must have a strong background in inventory control, stock handling, and warehouse organization, particularly within a production-driven or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and products.
• Organize and store items systematically for easy retrieval and reduced spoilage.
• Maintain accurate stock levels by conducting regular physical inventory counts.
• Issue raw materials or finished products based on authorized requisitions.
• Track material usage and report discrepancies or shortages immediately.
• Coordinate with procurement and production departments to ensure timely availability of goods.
• Maintain proper documentation of all stock transactions.
• Ensure cleanliness and safety of the store environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of HND / B.Sc. in Logistics, Business Admin, Accounting, or a related field.
• 2 – 5 years experience in a similar role (preferably in FMCG or manufacturing).
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.

Core Qualities & Skills:

• Strong attention to detail and organizational ability.
• Proficiency in stock management software or Excel.
• Basic knowledge of supply chain or warehouse operations.
• Trustworthiness and high sense of accountability.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Team player with excellent communication skills.
• Physically fit and able to lift moderately heavy items.
