Job Description

• Our client is seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to grow their banking business in Port Harcourt.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, promoting banking products, and building strong client relationships.
• This role requires a solid understanding of banking services and the local market.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive customer acquisition and business growth
• Promote bank products and services to individual and corporate clients
• Build and manage client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction
• Identify market opportunities and support strategic sales initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field
• 2–3 years’ experience in business development or sales within the banking industry
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding business targets
• In-depth knowledge of the banking industry regulations.

Salary
N130,000 – N150,000 monthly.
