Role Overview

• The Business Head will lead the overall strategy, operations, and profitability of the company.
• This role demands strong commercial acumen, leadership, and execution capability to drive business growth across Nigeria and West Africa.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive revenue, profitability, and market share across product lines and regions.
• Lead cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain).
• Develop and execute strategic plans, budgets, and performance targets.
• Build strong customer and partner relationships to expand market presence.
• Oversee day-to-day business operations for efficiency and compliance.
• Foster a performance-driven culture with strong people development.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor`s / Master`s Degree
• 10+ years in leadership roles, preferably in FMCG or food/cereal industry.
• Proven P&L management and market expansion experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
• Proficient in MS Office tools.
• Willingness to travel across Nigeria and West Africa.

Salary
N1,000,000 – N1,300,000 monthly.
