Job Title: Fertility Doctor

Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly experienced and empathetic Fertility Doctor to join our specialist medical team.
• The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in reproductive medicine, assisted conception techniques, and patient-centered fertility care.
• You will be responsible for evaluating patients facing fertility challenges, performing diagnostic procedures, and administering effective fertility treatments including IVF and IUI.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive fertility evaluations, including diagnostic scans and hormonal assessments
• Provide expert consultation and counseling to individuals and couples experiencing infertility
• Develop and implement personalized fertility treatment plans, including IUI, IVF, ovulation induction, and other assisted reproductive technologies
• Monitor and adjust treatments based on patient response and clinical findings
• Conduct ultrasound-guided procedures and interpret fertility-related scans
• Collaborate with embryologists, nurses, and support staff to ensure high-quality patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with medical and ethical standards
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in fertility and reproductive technologies
• Provide compassionate support to patients throughout their fertility journey

Requirements

• Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) from a recognized institution
• Postgraduate specialization in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Fellowship or Certification in Reproductive Medicine/Fertility (strongly preferred)
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in fertility medicine and assisted reproductive techniques
• Proficiency in fertility ultrasonography and IVF protocols
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A patient-focused, empathetic, and ethical approach to fertility care.

Salary
N1,000,000 – N1,500,000 Monthly (Net)
