Job Title: IT Coordinator

About the Role

• We are currently seeking a proactive and tech-savvy IT Coordinator to manage and improve our IT infrastructure.
• This role requires a skilled professional with hands-on experience in the FMCG sector and a passion for delivering reliable IT support and solutions across departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee IT projects, including the design, development, and deployment of IT systems and services.
• Manage IT infrastructure: servers, firewalls, LAN/WAN, VOIP, internet, intranet, and surveillance systems.
• Monitor IT systems performance and recommend enhancements for improved efficiency.
• Define and maintain IT infrastructure strategy, architecture, and policies.
• Ensure seamless implementation and coordination of systems, procedures, and controls.
• Collaborate with key departments to align IT systems with business goals.
• Handle advanced troubleshooting and support escalated hardware/software issues.
• Ensure data and network security, backup, and disaster recovery planning.
• Prepare and manage IT budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
• Conduct regular system audits and generate assessment reports.
• Manage procurement and inventory of IT hardware and software.
• Provide day-to-day support for end-users on systems, printers, and peripherals.

Qualifications & Experience

• B.Sc / HND in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Professional certifications (e.g., Cisco, Microsoft, CompTIA) are a plus.
• 2–4 years of IT experience in the manufacturing/FMCG industry is required.
