Job Title: Technical Support Officer
Description
- We are looking for an experienced and professional Technical Support Officer who will provide first-line technical support to clients and assist with systems deployment, updates, and monitoring.
- This role requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities to effectively support users and maintain client satisfaction.
Objectives of this Role
- Resolve support tickets quickly and professionally.
- Assist with DevOps and QA tasks.
- Help maintain platform documentation and reliability.
Your Tasks:
- Monitor infrastructure and application performance.
- Assist in deployment processes and rollback procedures.
- Respond to client requests and escalate complex issues.
- Maintain internal FAQs and knowledge base.
- Help test new configurations and automation scripts.
Requirements
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Basic understanding of Linux, containers, and support tools.
- Interested candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree with 2+ years in tech support or DevOps environment.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- Certification in Helpdesk or DevOps fundamentals.
- Familiarity with Ansible or container platforms.
