Job Title: Administrative & Finance Officer
Job Description
- We are looking for an experienced and professional Admin & Finance Officer who will handle our client’s financial operations and ensure administrative efficiency.
- This role requires strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with a high level of integrity and attention to detail.
Objectives of this Role:
- Maintain accurate financial records and payroll.
- Oversee office admin and vendor relations.
- Ensure compliance with local financial regulations.
Your Tasks
- Prepare and monitor budgets, cash flows, and invoices.
- Handle monthly payroll, staff reimbursements, and taxes.
- Manage vendor payments and procurement processes.
- Support staff onboarding and leave tracking.
- Keep documentation for compliance and audits.
Requirements
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 2+ years in finance/admin roles.
- Proficiency in spreadsheets, accounting tools, and record-keeping.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- Degree in accounting, finance, or business admin.
- Knowledge of Nigerian tax and labour laws.
