Job Title: Business Development Manager
Description
- The potential candidate will ensure that project timelines are met while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and will bridge internal execution and external growth.
- This role requires a proactive professional who can drive strategic partnerships, foster client relationships, and contribute meaningfully to the company’s long-term objectives.
Objectives of this Role:
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver client projects.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities.
- Act as the point of contact for stakeholders and clients.
Your Tasks
- Develop detailed project plans, define milestones, and allocate resources.
- Organize team meetings and track deliverables.
- Build strategic partnerships and lead proposal development.
- Delivery of engaging presentations and demos.
- Handle onboarding and ongoing communication with clients.
- Maintain CRM, performance dashboards, and sales pipelines.
Requirements
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Candidates should possess relevant qualifications.
- 4+ years in project management or business development.
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
- Familiarity with software/DevOps sales cycles and tools (Jira, Hubspot).
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- PMP or Agile/Scrum certifications.
- Experience in the Nigerian tech ecosystem.
